With multiple sales channels and sales team it was hard to organize every lead and their conversation.
As a public limited company their sales approval process required various approvals like technical and commercial. With highly competitive market, every enquiry’s workflow was a challenge, with different approvals for each stages and analyzing the data for new product development was a challenge.

Proses developed a simplified, user-friendly web application that streamlined Axel Polymer’s enquiry-to-sales processes. Additionally, Proses provided Dashboards and analytical reports to help manage Sales, Production, and Stock management for raw materials and finished goods. The project was successfully deployed and implemented in 2021, and Axel Polymers continues to benefit from its capabilities.
